Paper/Poster submission instructions:
Papers should be prepared using the ICFM10 paper template.
Posters should be prepared using the ICFM10 poster template – note: Download the poster template to your computer. Open the file using MS Power Point. Instructions attached to poster template will not be printed when the poster is ready for printing.
Please sign the copyright transfer form and send it together with your paper.
Deadline for submission of papers/posters is December 15, 2025.
Acceptance letters will be forwarded to the authors by February 28, 2026.
Important notes:
The person submitting the abstract will automatically be considered as the first author and may serve as the presenting author.
The early bird registration is open now until December 15, 2025. Take advantage of the early bird registration.

Access to the oral presentation slot or poster exhibition slot during the conference necessistates the payment of registration fees for at least one of the authors by March 31, 2026:
